About Us

About Us

The history of Tabenacle Widows Home was motivated by PST. Mary Mugambi and Madam Ann Chepkosgei from their own experiences, Mary who grew as an orphan narrates, after the loss of her father Mary’s mother became a widow, this made the family go through alot of discrimination during her young age growing up. Ann as well who’s also the director and founder of Tabenacle Widows Home, went through difficulties growing up in a community where widows were much humiliated by the society. These great two women of God met a decade ago when they were both working on their personal projects helping the needy and widow’s to be precise, they decided to start a widow’s home foundation. They believed that every widow deserved a safe and nurturing environment where they could find solace, support, and the tools necessary to rebuild their lives. Read More
